In order for us to meet these expectations, we have ensured that our service proposition and "sure price service" pricing are not only competitive, but offer one of the most comprehensive services in the market today.
The services we provide help to set us apart:
- You can contact us 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
- We will support you through the entire buying process, from application advice to onsite delivery and installation.
- We will happily service your machine in the evening or over a weekend.
- We will contact you with timely reminders about the maintenance schedule for your machine(s).
- We will complete a visual Machine Health Check every time we visit your site, as part of our preventative maintenance culture.
- We take the time to discuss all your service and warranty needs to optimise a “First Time Fix.”
- We will provide clear and comprehensive details about all maintenance or servicing work completed on your machine(s).
- We expect to have an 87%* off-the-shelf availability for genuine JCB parts. Where we do not have the required part in stock, we are able to obtain this on a next day service.
